Light the Night
Last year on October 12, the "Light the Night" fundraiser for "The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society" was held here in Phx. Hannah was selected months earlier to be the "honored" patient for the walk. She looked so forward to it and we were hopeful that her treatment would be complete by then so she could attend.
Tragically, Hannah relapsed on the 7th of October. She was granted permission by her Dr's to come home for that weekend before going back into the hospital to fight her new affliction.
Hannah attended the walk in her wheelchair. It was a very difficult night for her and our family. She was simply exhausted by all the attention that night would bring and the disease in her body. I spoke to the crowd about Hannah's plight and how important giving to this society is. It was tough on us, but important enough to do it anyway.
Well this year's walk is scheduled for Saturday, November 1 at Saguaro Park at 7PM. Our family will attend the event and participate. What we'd like, is for you to participate too. If we could do it last year, you can make it this year.

I'm volunteering to help with setting up and working booths for the Light the Night walk through my work volunteer program. I honestly haven't considered it in the past. But after following your story from the beginning, I feel it's necessary to participate. I don't personally know your family, but I feel like I on some level. I know you already know this, but myself as well as many other people are always with your family in spirit and you are always in my heart and prayers. I want to support your cause in any way I can. I think you all are amazing!

The Legend Springs crowd will be out in full force for the walk! It will be an emotional night where we will all be thinking of and missing Hannah but we need to ban together and raise money for research so that family's don't have to go through all that you have gone through when this terrible disease strikes. Let's all try to make this walk the biggest and best ever in honor of Hannah!

im sure its going to be a great night i am very excited about it but ill also be juggling light the night walk and the west valley child crisis nursery fundraiser but my family all understands how much hannah means to me so ill be a very busy girl that night i cant wait to see you turowskis!!!
